Joy from Royal Mail…

Today I picked up my passport and visa so that I can get into Vietnam!  I opened the package and my excitement spilled out in one of those huge, grinning, ear-to-ear smiles.  The countdown is getting serious – 11 days to go!!!

Today I must get started on packing…why do I keep putting it off?  :-/

Holiday preparations

A couple of weeks ago, I had my innoculations.  My right arm is still up in a bad-tempered lump, protesting at having a needle jabbed in containing small amounts of diseases I hope not to catch while I’m away.  A strange practice, when you think about it…

Visa, travel insurance, new shoes, all essentials before going on a holiday.  So much to do, so little time…

What?!  What do you mean?  Of course new shoes are a holiday essential!  Tsk, tsk!  ;-)

Dreaming of the trip

Busy at work at the moment, and every time I minimise my laptop screen, I see a lovely picture of a beach I’ll visit on my travels.  Makes me smile every time.

Here it is for you to share…
