The key to overcoming low momentum and moving forward
You only see the stars when the sky is black. Beautiful moments in life become truly meaningful only when you've experienced darkness as well. If the sun shines every single day, you'll eventually find yourself in a desert. Would you still appreciate the warmth of the sun then?

Life is similar. It's tough, yet you get to choose your own kind of tough. Every decision you make is yours, and yours alone. You are responsible for your actions, even though it's tempting to blame others, your past, or your traumas. Until you learn the lesson life is offering, it will keep repeating itself.
You can't see the stars if the sky isn't black. Life mirrors this truth: good moments only shine bright because you've known darkness too.
Be honest, reflect, and grow
My advice? Be honest and reflective with yourself. It's the only true path to personal growth, if you're open and willing to take it. I too have patterns I want to leave behind. Maybe these patterns helped me cope in the past, but now they're holding me back, keeping me stuck at a comfortable yet unfulfilling level.
Constantly voicing what you want or complaining won't move you forward. Real change happens when you take responsibility. Over the past few years, I've learned that sharing your dreams isn't necessarily wrong, but it doesn't always bring the results you hope for. Explaining your vision to those who don't understand drains your energy instead of fueling it. Sharing your goals can release dopamine in your brain, temporarily decreasing your motivation to actually achieve them. Sometimes it's better to have a clear vision, quietly work toward it, keep growing, and let your results speak for themselves.
Turning dreams into reality
When I was a child, I dreamed of living life on my own terms, of moving abroad. But that dream wouldn't have become reality if I hadn't taken action. Change only comes through deliberate action.
Take your time, and pause occasionally, something we rarely do in a world full of demands. Ask yourself: What truly energizes you? What makes you happy, and what gives your life meaning? Living this way will allow you to see the stars clearly.
Keep your vision clear
Knowing your drive and having a clear vision makes it easier to push through periods when momentum fades. Your vision is your anchor, a goal to aim for, even if the tunnel sometimes seems dark with no clear light at the end to overcome low momentum.
The beautiful moments of life are profoundly impactful precisely because you've experienced the challenging valleys too.
